This file defines the Redistributables for JBuilder X Enterprise and provides references to further deployment documentation for the following:

1. Program Deployment

Refer to LICENSE.HTML for the details regarding redistribution.

For best results, use the Archive Builder included with JBuilder to create the .zip or .jar file(s) for use in deploying your target Application, Applet, or JavaBean component.

2. JBCL Redistributables

For the purpose of the license(s) included with this product, the redistributables for the JavaBeans Component Library (JBCL) is defined as the jbcl.jar and jbcl-awt.jar files in the /jbuilderX/redist directory, and/or the individual files in those archives.

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As individual class files
  2. As the entire jbcl.jar or jbcl-awt.jar file
  3. As class files included in your archive files, for example by use of the Archive Builder

3. JDK / JRE / JFC / Swing Deployment

Please refer to http://www.javasoft.com for specific JDK, JRE and JFC deployment licensing and filelist information.

4. JDataStore

JDataStore is provided with a license for development only. To deploy JDataStore libraries with your application, a deployment license must be purchased.

Only the following JDataStore Libraries may be deployed with your application when you purchase a JDataStore deployment license:

To the extent that you are allowed to deploy under the terms of your license, you may deploy these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As individual class files
  2. As the entire dx.jar, jds.jar, jdsserver.jar or jdsremote.jar file
  3. As class files included in your archive files, for example by use of the Archive Builder

5. Borland Enterprise Server (BES)

The files for Borland Enterprise Server (BES) are not redistributable. Deployment of the BES requires separate licensing - please contact Borland Software Corporation (http://www.borland.com).

6. DataExpress Redistributables

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for DataExpress are defined as the dx.jar file in the /jbuilderX/redist directory.

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As individual class files
  2. As the entire dx.jar file
  3. As class files included in your archive files, for example by use of the Archive Builder

7. DataExpress for EJB Redistributables

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the redistributables under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for DataExpress for EJB are defined as the dxejb.jar file in the /jbuilderX/redist directory.

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As individual class files
  2. As the entire dxejb.jar file
  3. As class files included in your archive files, for example by use of the Archive Builder

8. dbSwing Redistributables

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the redistributables under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for dbSwing are defined as the dbswing.jar file in the /jbuilderX/redist directory.

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As individual class files
  2. As the entire dbswing.jar file
  3. As class files included in your archive files, for example by use of the Archive Builder

9. CORBA tools Redistributables

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the redistributables under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for CORBA tools are defined as the cx.jar file in the /jbuilderX/redist directory.

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As individual class files
  2. As the entire cx.jar file
  3. As class files included in your archive files, for example by use of the Archive Builder

10. InternetBeans Express Redistributables

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the redistributables under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for InternetBeans are defined as the internetbeans.jar file in the /jbuilderX/redist directory.

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As individual class files
  2. As the entire internetbeans.jar file
  3. As class files included in your archive files, for example by use of the Archive Builder

11. XMLBeans Redistributables

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the redistributables under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for XMLBeans are defined as the xmlbeans.jar file in the /jbuilderX/redist directory.

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As individual class files
  2. As the entire xmlbeans.jar file
  3. As class files included in your archive files, for example by use of the Archive Builder

12. BorlandXML Redistributables

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the redistributables under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for BorlandXML are defined as the borlandxml.jar file in the /jbuilderX/redist directory.

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As individual class files
  2. As the entire borlandxml.jar file
  3. As class files included in your archive files, for example by use of the Archive Builder

13. WebServer Plugin API Redistributables

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for WebServer Plugin API are defined as the webserverglue.jar file in the /jbuilderX/redist directory.

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute redistributables under the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As individual class files
  2. As the entire webserverglue.jar file
  3. As class files included in your archive files, for example by use of the Archive Builder

14. Native Executable Deployment

The Native Executable Builder bundles an application JAR file with native executable wrappers for Windows, Linux, Solaris, and Mac OS X to create executable files.

To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the preceding redistributables under the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in any of the following formats subject to the restrictions in the license agreement:

  1. As Win32 executable
  2. As Linux/x86 executable
  3. Solaris/sparc executable
  4. Mac OS X executable
