Description: Title bar are not realy usefull, and eat place especialy on new ultra-portable laptops. This theme suppress the title bar, and fit with your desktop, by re-using the colors of your theme.
The Background is "BalconVert", available on art.gnome.org.
While this theme is great as it is, I think it would be a further improvement if we could lose the window decorations altoghether from maximized windows.
